I’ve been taking my cars (VW and Volvo) to Pinnacle for a number of years and have always found them to be fair and thorough. Larry & Wing are very knowledgeable and great at diagnosing nagging intermittent problems that have bugged my Bug on occasion!

Larry is a car genius, which should be obvious by his decades long business history, but he’s also personable and takes his time to explain each and every procedure in easy to understand terms and language. While I regret to say I do not know the rest of the staff very well, when ever I’ve interacted with them they have been polite, professional, and respectful. I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone who ever needs anything done to a vehicle (and everyone will eventually need something) and I will never go anywhere else, ever again!

I was busy the week of Christmas, but needed my car serviced before an upcoming long haul road trip. I conducted all business with Pinnacle over the phone and they were helpful & knowledgeable. My car was ready on schedule and came with a detailed print out of the condition of my car. Dealerships cost a lot more and pay a lot less attention to detail. I’ll be taking my car here from now on.

Pinnacle has maintained and repaired my 1975 Mercedes and late model BMW, Audi and Infiniti for nearly twenty years. I know that when I bring my car to Pinnacle, estimates are provided with the utmost integrity and work will be performed correctly. Took our Range Rover Sport here while traveling for holidays as we had heard a strange screeching noise while driving and were concerned about continuing on with out journey. They got us right in and looked over the vehicle to make sure everything was in working order and luckily it was! Everyone we dealt with here was kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. Always superior service at Pinnacle. These guys are the last of the truly great technicians, diagnosticians, and good old-fashioned mechanics that don’t seem to exist anywhere any longer. They’re super professional and very thorough. When your car is repaired there, it’s fixed properly.

My BMW 3 series convertible top decided to stop working, and so I took it to a few places and nobody knew the answer, and everybody just shook their head and said “You’ll have to take it to BMW and it will cost an arm and a leg.” Then I happened upon Larry and his guys and they figured it out in a day, and the total cost was right around $300, which was a pleasant surprise.
