Meet Our Staff
Larry M. Goodman, President/Owner, Master Technician
Larry opened Pinnacle Motor Works in 1983
Larry graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelors of Science in 1975. From there, he went on to begin his auto-mechanic career working for Mercedes and BMW dealerships. In 1983, Larry became an independent mechanic, opening Pinnacle Motor Works.

Wing Tan, Vice President/Owner Master Technician
Wing joined Pinnacle Motor Works in 1985
Wing is a Master Technician with over 30 years of experience. Wing has mentored the technicians in the shop while helping them strengthen their skills with his many years of knowledge of European vehicles.

Rachel Matthews, Manager
Rachel joined Pinnacle Motor Works in 2017
Rachel graduated from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelors of Art in 2006. She pursued a career in education, teaching children aged 6 weeks through 13 years, before changing directions to work in the administrative fields.
First Car: 1996 Buick Regal

Education and Certifications: Bachelors of Arts, Elizabethtown College; TEFL
Fulgencio Ramirez, Head Technician
Fulgencio joined Pinnacle Motor Works in 2007
Fulgencio worked as an apprentice mechanic before leaving to earn his auto-mechanic certification. Once he graduated, he came to work for Larry and Wing.
First Car: Toyota Tercel

Edison Torres, Technician
Edison joined Pinnacle Motor works in 2008
Edison earned his technical certifications in Colombia before moving to the United States in 2006.
First Car: Nissan 240 XL

Cole Heuvelman, Technician
Cole joined Pinnacle Motor Works in 2020
Cole began working on cars with his family and friends before pursuing formal technical training, graduating in the top of his class in 2020.
First Car: 2013 BMW 328i with “tasteful modifications”
